About the event
In this class participants will learn how to crumb coat the cake, how to
apply buttercream, various piping techniques, how to achieve a water ganache drip and the best
part, how to build a candy gravity-defying cake. (Ages 13-18)
All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the class. Each
participant will receive a box to take their cake home in and share with their families.
